However, we understand that there may be situations in which you may need to return your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.
Returns for Items Not Received in Good Condition:
We accept returns only if the item you received is not in good condition upon arrival. If your handmade item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will gladly offer a return or exchange.
To initiate a return for an item not received in good condition, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item. You can reach us by filling out the form in the contact us area.
Provide a clear description of the issue and, if possible, attach photographs that illustrate the problem.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label.
Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we will offer you the choice of a refund or a replacement item, including any applicable shipping costs.
Please Note:
We only accept returns for items not received in good condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Any damage occurring after the item's arrival at your address is not eligible for a return.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of your item's delivery.
Custom or Personalized Items:
Please note that custom or personalized items, which are created specifically for you, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or are not as described.

Exceptions:
While we generally do not offer returns unless the item is different than expected, please feel free to reach out if a return is on your mind so we can evaluate this on a case by case basis.
